Wayland Lee Wells II

Wayland Lee Wells II, 67, of Morrisville passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2023 at the Berlin Health and Rehab Center. He was born on March 17, 1956 to Wayland and Jean (Marshall) Wells in Morrisville.

Wayland attended Peoples Academy and went on to become an automotive mechanic, working all over Lamoille County. His favorite pastimes included working outdoors in his yard, spending time with his family and friends and fishing, especially through the ice. Wayland was instrumental in running the Lamoille County Fishing Derby for ten years and made many fond memories.

He was predeceased by his parents and sister, Marie Longe. Wayland is survived by his wife, Darla (Russell) Wells, son Christopher Wells, daughter Renae Wells as well as his cousin Melvin Wells and friend Warren Chase.
