Richard D. Toogood, 76, passed away Thursday July 27, 2023 at Copley Hospital. He was born November 11, 1946 to Albert R. and Ethel L. (Howarth) Toogood in Pointe-Claire, Quebec.

He is survived by his wife, Samantha Knoerr Toogood.
