Patricia Ann (Johns) LeBlanc, only daughter of Roger and Jean (Morse) Johns, passed away peacefully at her home on July 27, 2022, after a brief bout with cancer. She was 66 years old.
Born in San Diego, California, Patti moved to Craftsbury, VT when she was 12. Patti attended and graduated from Craftsbury Academy. As an adult, Patti enjoyed her grandchildren, gardening, art, and chocolate, and was active in the community. She was a member at Wolcott Mennonite Church.
Patti was pre-deceased by her parents, her son, Adam Roger LeBlanc, and her daughter-in-law, Elizabeth (Peters) LeBlanc.
Patti is survived by her husband, Roger LeBlanc of East Hardwick, her children, Duvan LeBlanc of Troy, NY; Joseph LeBlanc of Albany, NY; Robinson LeBlanc of Columbia, South America; Bethany LeBlanc of East Hardwick; Jonathon and his wife, Rachel (Nolt) LeBlanc of East Hardwick; Faith (LeBlanc) Zeiset and her husband, Danton of Chambersburg, PA; and Kassandra LeBlanc of East Hardwick. Patti also leaves behind 13 grandchildren, her stepmother Jane (Tousant) Johns of Greensboro Bend, her step-brother Michael and his wife Virginia (Breitmeyer) Lapierre of Greensboro Bend, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
All services for Patricia will be held at the Wolcott Mennonite Church located at 1337 Route 15, Wolcott, VT. The viewing is on Sunday, July 31 from 2:00-4:00pm and from 6:00-8:00pm at the Wolcott Mennonite Church. The funeral and burial will be Monday, August 1 at 10:00am, with lunch to follow. All are welcome to attend.
