Lisa Marie Gates-Fox

Lisa Marie Gates-Fox, 52, of Blacksburg, VA and formerly of Hardwick, VT passed away April 29, 2024.  

Lisa was born on July 24, 1971 to Reginald and Sharon (Cookson) Gates. She grew up in Hardwick and graduated from Hazen Union. Lisa worked at various jobs including stay-home mother and Uber driver. She enjoyed crafting projects and will be remembered for her homemade candles and Christmas cards.

Lisa is survived by her father and step-mother, Reggie and Dorothy Gates of NH, her mother, Sharon Gates of VT, daughter Brook (and husband Dan) McNabb, brother Jeff (and Melanie) Gates, and ex-husband Tom Fox. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Lisa's honor at a date to be announced soon. Please check back for more details. A private burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery in Hardwick.
