Jeffrey Earl Putvain

Jeffrey Earl Putvain, 61, of Greensboro, beloved brother, father, and grandfather passed  away on December 22, 2024 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. He was born on November 12, 1963 in Hardwick to parents William Donald Putvain and Phyllis Virginia (Grimes) Putvain.  

Jeff could be described as a loving and caring brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and  friend. Some may say he was a bit of a free spirit. Jeff was an amazing father to two beautiful children and an even greater grandfather to four wonderful grandchildren. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and would do close to anything to make sure everyone around him that he cared about was taken care of. He liked to tinker with things around his house and items like his motorcycles. He was self employed most of his life mostly working construction but he did any job that would bring in money for his family. He had many friends and family and will be terribly missed.  

Jeff is survived by his son Alex Putvain with wife Angel (Menard) Putvain and their two  children Tyler and Annabelle, his daughter Amanda Putvain with her two sons Michael and  James. Jeff is also survived by his sister Lisa (Putvain) Booth and her husband Robert Booth and their three children Melvin, Virginia, and Ethan, his brother Randy Putvain with children Randy and Rowan and his brother Kelly Putvain with wife Joanna Putvain, also two nieces Elizabeth and Pamela.  

Jeff is predeceased by his parents and his older brother Michael Putvain and half-brother Dona Putvain.  

A celebration of life for Jeffrey will be held at his residence on Young Rd in Greensboro on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at noon. Bring a dish of food or drinks.
