Erin Kelly Jones

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Erin Kelly Jones at the age of 38 on Monday, February 24, 2025. Erin was born in Brunswick, ME and spent most of her life in Vermont. Though Erin was faced with many challenges and spent more of her time learning from others, she did a lot of teaching as well in her life and left a lasting impact on everyone that knew her. She loved going out in the community and meeting new people and was a regular participant in Partners in Adventure and joined for camps, night outs and holiday parties with her friends. She loved her pets. She had a special love for books, music and movies, particularly Fantasia and Annie. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, with her siblings and cousins holding a special place in her heart. Erin was always quick to share a smile or laugh with them at family barbecues and events. She touched many hearts and will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. 

Erin is survived by her parents Pam & Steve Burns, Neil & Jean Jones; her grandmothers Virginia Jones & Donna Kline; her siblings Kyle Jones, Madison Burns, Lucas Jones & Nolan Jones; and many cousins, aunts, and uncles. 

Memorial services will be held on Friday, April 25th at Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish in Morrisville, VT at 11:00AM with a reception at the Crosby Center immediately following and a burial service held at a later date. To celebrate Erin’s remarkable life, guests are encouraged to wear a splash of red, a color that brought her so much joy.
