Elijah Wells Obituary

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Eli Wells, a beloved brother, cherished son, loyal friend, and esteemed coworker. Eli departed from this world on April 3rd leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Born with an innate passion for sports, Eli's enthusiasm for athletics infused joy into every aspect of his life. Whether cheering from the sidelines or actively participating in games, his love for sports knew no bounds. Eli's unwavering dedication to his favorite teams and players was matched only by his fervent support for his family, whom he cherished above all else.

In Eli's eyes, there was nothing more precious than spending quality time with his loved ones. Vacations with extended family to Maine and Disney were a cherished tradition, providing opportunities for eating amazing food, bonding, and creating lifelong memories. His infectious laughter and zest for life made every moment together unforgettable.

Eli's love extended beyond his family to include his faithful canine companions, who brought immeasurable joy and companionship into his life. His compassionate nature and boundless affection for animals reflected the depth of his character and the kindness of his heart.

As a coworker, Eli's warmth and generosity endeared him to all who had the privilege of working alongside him. His dedication, teamwork, and unwavering support enriched the lives of those around him, leaving an indelible mark on his workplace and colleagues.

Though Eli's physical presence may no longer grace our lives, his spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and joy that will forever be cherished by all who knew him.

Eli is survived by his Immediate family, John, Debbie, Emily, Boo Radley, Limoncello, Snow, Spruce, and Gus. We would be remiss if we didn’t mention devoted friends, and countless colleagues whose lives he touched profoundly. While we mourn his loss, we take solace in the knowledge that his memory will live on in our hearts forever.

A celebration of Eli's life will be held on April 21st at 2 pm ET at the Congregation Church in Morrisville Vermont, where friends and family will come together to honor his memory and share stories of his remarkable life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Morrisville Baseball in Eli's honor.

Rest in peace to our dear Eli. You will be deeply missed, but your spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved you.
