With heavy hearts, we share the news of the passing of Earle Sidney Rogers, a father, brother, uncle and friend, who left us too soon on December 10th, 2025, at the age of 67. Born on June 17th, 1958, in St. Johnsbury, Vermont. Earle spent all of his life in the beautiful surroundings of Vermont, where he was known for his love of cars and racing.
Earle lived his whole life in Marshfield, Vermont. He worked most of life for his brother as an autobody mechanic. Earle enjoyed camping, hunting, and racing. He would spend time with his son going to the races.
Earle Rogers left behind his son Earle Rogers, Jr, his daughter-in-law Sarah Rogers, and only granddaughter Elise Rogers. He leaves behind his sister Donna Hill and her husband Linden of Hollister, California, brother David Rogers and his wife Anne Marie of Marshfield, sister Diana Rogers of Eden Mills, and sister Deborah Tousignant and life partner Bruce Hadyen of Marshfield. He leaves behind many nephews, nieces, and his dog Libby who will dearly miss him.
Earle is predeceased by his mother Pauline Iva Page Rogers and Sidney John Rogers of Marshfield, his sister Irene Sheldrick of Marshfield, and brother Kenneth Rogers of Baltimore, Maryland.
Friends and family are invited to Earle’s life celebration on January 10th, 2026 from 2pm to 4pm at desGroseilliers Funeral Home at 97 Church St, Hardwick, Vermont 05843.
