Glee A Stoddard

MORETOWN- Glee A. (Bailey) Stoddard passed away March 5, 2019 at the Manor Nursing Home in Morrisville after a long illness.  Glee was born April 27, 1945 to Howard (Tippy) and Daisy Bailey.  In September, 1963 Glee married Earl Durett Jr. and together had three children.

Glee worked at many establishments throughout her life including The Clansman, Mount Mansfield Company, and Top Notch.  She most enjoyed working at Alpenrose where Glee gained a very special friendship with Anton and Pam Flory.

She is survived by her children Julie (and Martin) Belval of Arden, NC, Jeff Durett of Burlington, and Wendy (and Donny) Bolio of Morrisville.  She is also survived by three sisters Gale (and Herbert) Parkhurst of Morrisville, Glenda Manning of Stowe, Gyla (and James Jr.) Dziobek of Lyndonville as well as five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.  Glee is predeceased by her parents, her husband Alden Stoddard, brother Grant Bailey, and great grandson Xavier Belval.
