HARDWICK- Brian (Biny) Bagley, 54, passed away unexpectedly, on December 17, 2018 at his home. He was born in Morrisville, VT on May 13, 1964, the son of the late Robert (Bob) and Jacquelyn Bagley. He grew up in Hardwick, and attended Hazen Union, graduating in 1982.
Brian worked as a carpenter his entire life, a trade that he had great skill in. He was employed by Mario Fradette Construction for many years, and went on to work for different companies throughout his life. Brian enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and was an avid sports fan. He enjoyed spending time with his nieces, nephews, and great-nephew and was very proud of their accomplishments.
Brian is survived by his mother Jackie, his sisters Diane Holbrook and her husband Shawn of Elmore, Karen Demers and her husband Mark of Woodbury; four nieces/nephews Heather Ainsworth and her boyfriend Ben, Andrew and Kristi Demers and Nicholas Holbrook; and a great nephew Adam. Brian was pre-deceased by his father Bob in April of this year and his brother Randy Bagley in 1984.
Calling hours will be held at the des Groseilliers Funeral Home in Hardwick on Saturday, December 29, 2018 from 11am - 1pm. A Celebration of Life will be held at the American Legion in Hardwick immediately following the calling hours. A graveside service will take place on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at 2pm in the East Craftsbury Cemetery.
